A seemingly average teenage girl is being questioned by her mentor to understand why she did what she did, why she takes the decision that she is taking. The girl relives memories and experiences, not all of which are her own. We follow the vicissitudes of grandparents, sisters, teachers, and classmates through the story of a girl with special abilities who can resemble anything and anyone, see into the thoughts and memories of others, and does not want to follow the example of others. She prefers to live his own life.
The superhero story was created based on the real-life stories of Roma youth and their surroundings, as shared during the “Roma Heroes” workshops organized by the Independent Theatre. It sheds new light on the members of a diverse and conscious generation. The play presents numerous challenges and life situations familiar to Roma youth, while offering a positive perspective and debunking stereotypes.
