Call for Young Facilitators / Artists
As part of our international initiative – European Roma Young Theater Artists and Facilitators 4 Inclusion and Empowerment (ERYTA4IE) – we are looking for young Roma and non-Roma applicants who would like to participate in training and work together to lead workshops and create works of art. If you are over 16 but under 30, are of Roma origin, and/or would like to promote Roma inclusion, are interested in non-formal education, social issues, and artistic creations, then this call is for you!
What is the program about?
In our project, we provide domestic and international training courses, during which you can acquire the skills necessary for group facilitation. Participants will jointly develop a workshop methodology based on one or more Roma dramas and theatre performances, which will inspire workshop participants to share their experiences and opinions on the topics of the performances. After the workshop, the young people, together with our senior artists, will create a new artistic work (theatrical performance or other artistic product), inspired by the stories collected earlier. The new work will be presented both domestically and internationally (for example, at a theater festival in Rome), along with other related programs.
